SHIPPING POLICY


Please note the following:


  • Flechada.com ships all domestic orders in the US & PR territory via UPS Ground only. You must place your order by 1:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday to receive your order on the estimated day shown at check out. UPS does not deliver for Flechada.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on National and Federal holidays.
  • P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS.
  • We do ship internationally to Mexico & Colombia only.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Days in transit begins on the first business day after an order is shipped.
  • All transit days are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • All orders are shipped from different locations as our vendors are located in different states. Customers will pay taxes depending where he/she is located. This will be shown at check out and prior to any charges.
  • A tracking numbers will be sent to your email address once we have shipped the packaged and within the estimated time frame of delivery.
  • All orders are covered by loss insurance. If for some reason a shipment is lost, Flechada will replace the order as long as we still have the item in stock. t. If we do not have the item in stock, we will refund the total amount to you as soon as we are notified by you. However, before we do that, we will take 7 days to investigate that your order was actually lost. If the claim is valid, Flechada.com will reimbursed the amount to your credit card within 48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only ship orders to Mexico & Colombia and cover the duties for any package sent.
